– 10 pieces of Pretzel Chips
– 150 g of smoked trout (skinned)
– 200 g of cream cheese
– 5 quail eggs
– 20 g of red caviar
– balsamic sauce
– dill, salt, pepper (season to taste)
Step 1:
Hard boil the quail eggs and peel them. Mix the cream cheese with chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:
Put the pretzel chips on a plate; using a spoon, add the cream cheese on top; add pieces of smoked trout.
Step 3:
Decorate the snacks with quail egg halves, caviar, balsamic sauce and dill.
