Step 1:
Spread ketchup on half of the Dijo Grilled Tortilla; put the slices of ham, cheese and tomato on top.
Step 2:
Sprinkle the tortilla with grated mozzarella, spread mayonnaise over the top and fold the wrap in half.Step 3:
Preheat the frying pan (do not add any oil!); fry the tortilla wrap until it gets crisp brown on both sides.Step 4:
Put the tortilla into an oven preheated to 180°C for about 3 minutes (until the mozzarella cheese melts).
