Wrap (sandwich-rap) for breakfast with scrambled eggs
A different take on an all-time classic – scrambled eggs served in a tortilla! Of course with all the other regular ingredients: onion, beacon and hard cheese.
Step 1:
Melt a stick of butter on the pan; fry the red onion on the butter until its gets golden brown; beat the eggs and add pour them on the pan; fry until fluffy.Step 2:
Put the scrambled eggs on the Dijo Graham tortilla, add beacon, hard cheese, red onion, and chopped chives. Season to taste with olive and Tabasco sauce.
Step 3:
Fold the tortilla into a classic wrap (see: wrapping course).Step 4:
Preheat the frying pan (do not add any oil!); fry the tortilla wrap until it gets crisp brown on both sides.
