Cold pasta with shrimps and rukola



  • garlik – 1 clove
  • pepper
  • rukola – 1 bunch
  • olive oil
  • raw shrimps – 100-120g
  • salt
  • fussili pasta – 200g

Cook pasta in salted water, cool under running water, drain well. Clean and wash up shrimps. Pour a little olive oil on the frying pan, put shrimps on it, add garlik. Cook 2 minutes. Clean up rukola, cut it on the pieces. All ingredients put on a plate with a little olive oil, add pepper, mixed up. Dish best serve cold.
